Welcome to PlanetSprite, an online multiplayer role-playing game developed by PlaySprite! By accessing and playing PlanetSprite, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding:

Account Creation: To play PlanetSprite, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

In-Game Currency and Purchases: PlanetSprite may offer in-game currency or virtual items for purchase. Any such transactions are final and non-refundable. The virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money.

Ownership and Intellectual Property: PlanetSprite and all related content, including but not limited to graphics, artwork, sound, and code, are the exclusive property of PlaySprite. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the game without prior written consent from PlaySprite.

User-Generated Content: You may have the option to create or upload content within PlanetSprite. By doing so, you grant PlaySprite a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content within the game.

Service Availability: PlaySprite reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the game or any part of it at any time without prior notice. PlaySprite shall not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from such actions.
